When sending postal orders please enclose the following information:

1) Your name and delivery address
2) A contact email address
3) A short note detailing which item(s) you would like to purchase.

2) BANK TRANSFERS

You can pay for you item(s) by transferring payments directly in to our back account using the following information:

It is important when making a bank transfer please use your full name as the transaction reference so we can quick identify your payment. Transfers can take between 1-4 working days depending on which bank you use, if you bank with HSBC money is transferred instantly. Once you have made the transfer please contact sales@hydrolab.co.uk with the following information:

1) Your full name and delivery address

2) A contact email address

3) Which item(s) you have transferred the funds for

No, the odour is non-toxic and will not harm your plants.

The smell of new plastic is due to the manufacturing process used when the grow tents are made. The smell can be reduced by wiping down the interior of the tent using a cloth and soapy lukewarm water. We would recommend wiping down the tent a second time with just a cloth and water to remove any soap residue.

If you don't wish to clean the tent the plastic smell will disappear naturally after 2 weeks of being out of it's packaging anyway.

Some of the new sized grow tents may differ from the instruction guide.
