PAYPAL

Hydrolab online shop uses Paypal to process credit and debit card payments. PayPal is 100% secure.PAYPAL ACCOUNT HOLDERS: When a payment is processed using PayPal, Hydrolab will only ship items to the registered Billing Address held on record by PayPal.IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, then you may still purchase items from us using PayPal. When you are directed to Paypal from our checkout you will be given the option by Paypal to submit your credit/debit card details online as well as your billing address. This option is available to all buyers to a maxiimum of £500 worth of purchases. After this amount, you will be required to open a Paypal account to make additional purchases.

We accept payment by postal order, if you wish to use this method make them payable to: HYDROLAB LIMITED and send to the following address:

When sending postal orders please ensure you enclose the following information with them:

1) Your Full Name and Delivery Address
2) A Contact Email Address
3) A note detailing which item(s) you would like to purchase.

You can pay for you item(s) by transferring payments directly in to our back account using the following information:

It is important when making a bank transfer please use your full name as the transaction reference so we can quick identify your payment. Transfer can take between 1-4 working days depending on which bank you use. Once you have made the transfer please contact sales@hydrolab.co.uk with the following information:

1) Your Full Name and Delivery Address

2) A Contact Email Address

3) Which item(s) you have transferred the funds for

Important Note: Please include £11.99 for delivery per item ordered in your transfer to avoid delay.

CASH ON COLLECTION

You are more than welcome pay for your item(s) by cash if you wish to collect them. Please contact sales@hydrolab.co.uk to arrange a suitable time to collect.

SHIPPING

Goods will only be shipped to VALID UK POSTCODES which may include Scottish Islands / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands or The Isle of Man.

Buyer pays shipping @ £11.99 for Parcelforce 48, this price is per item unless otherwise stated.

Goods will only be despatched via Parcelforce 48 (2-3 days) upon receipt of cleared funds. Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Insurance is included in the shipping charge.

RETURNS POLICY

1) Customers may return their items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, providing the item is returned complete with all original materials and is in the same physical condition as when the item was despatched.

2) If an item develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, then Hydrolab shall endeavour to provide a replacement unit from existing stock. In instances where an item is returned as faulty within the 14 day period, and we do not possess sufficient stock to provide a replacement, we shall offer the customer a full refund.

3) Please note that for all returns: You must contact our customer service team at info@hydrolab.co.uk and you will be provided with the instructions on how and where to return your item.

REFUNDS

You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as we receive it within 14 working days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. When returning an item you must cover the cost of returning it. Please note: We do not accept responsibility for lost or goods damaged in transit.
